Silantro- For the love of Mexican food

From my high school friend, blogs and foursquare tips to the random gay dude in SNR, I've heard and read so much good reviews about this FilMex restaurant in the ever famous foodie place, kapitolyo called #SILANTRO.

I love everything Mexican ergo I had high expectation to this famous humble cozy place, however, like my famous dreamy crush in the office its all good until I tasted it myself. (Where's that came from!? Haha)

Silantro Quesadillas: not because its big its good. Nakakaumay. It was greasy and really really really over stuffed -I guess for some its a plus.

Skewers: for a full pledge carnivore ex bf loves it and I do too. Chicken and angus beef were tender and juicy, one thing though I said make mine medium rare and it came out as medium. Bummer.

Beef nachos: again, not because its big its good. Its weird but I swear their nachos were sweet. Not really the taste you like in a nachos.

Burrito: this can feed my whole family haha -to follow its in my fridge for my lunch later.

Later: it was ok I liked it, the taste of cilantro really kicks in and the size was huge.

Sauces: love the white sauce not a fan of the green stuff -was it suppose to be a guacamole? because if it was well I'll be damned.

***SILANTRO REVISITED***

Like what they say- love is sweeter the second time around; also goes to #silantro it deserves a second chance and dang we're glad we gave it another try.

Buffalo Wings: we totally cant get over how perfectly mildly sweet and spicy with a bit of tang their buffalo wings plus how juicy and tender the chicken was. Yum Yum

Hard shell tacos: the taste of cilantro was all over this taco and I love it.

Beef Quesadillas: their huge beef quesadillas is not nakakaumay like the plain #silantro quesadillas 

Dalandan Juice: Love it! Refreshing 

One draw back though, I hate their mojito -or maybe I never and will never be fond of mojito ever!
